Skool Kitchen is a fire-led restaurant above The Lawn on Canggu’s Batu Bolong beachfront. Every dish is touched by wood, charcoal or flame, and the interior follows the same direct, elemental approach: dark timber, robust materials and an open energy that keeps the kitchen at the centre of the experience.
